Stanley Saltzman: Off the clock generally involved minutes per day sometimes 10 or 15 at a time at the beginning and end of the day that you're not being paid for.

When you add that up and you add it to all of the other employees working for that same employer it gives rise to a fairly large entitlement to off the clock pay. It's always interesting when clients talk to us about when they're working off the clock and why they do it. People feel compelled to get the job done in the hours the employer allocates to them even if that's not enough time during the day to do the job. It's our job to make sure they get paid for that extra time. Marlin and Saltzman will stand up for each client and for each case at the greatest of our ability. We have been doing this now for over 15 years. We have a very good sense of what it takes to run these cases and bring them to conclusion. And we have a great idea of how to handle corporate defendants. The client will see that and feel that at every step of the litigation.
