Vector/Cutco Knives - Conditional Certification Information

This collective action filed on behalf of Sales Representatives who worked with Vector Marketing Corporation in California at some point between April 15, 2006, and May 12, 2010, alleges that Vector failed to pay minimum wages under federal law to recruits for time spent in training, prior to the signing of the Sales Representative Agreement.  While there are additional claims asserted in the action, at this time the court has issued a Conditional Collective Certification Order covering only the time period noted above.  The further claims may be the subject of additional Court orders in the future and that would trigger further mailings to you.

If you would like to join this action, for time worked as a sales representative between April 15, 2006 and May 12, 2010, and for pre-employment training time relating to that time period, and possibly recover money at the conclusion of this lawsuit, you must submit the "Consent to Join" form recently mailed to you (the mailing was effected on May 24, 2010).  If you have misplaced the Consent to Join form, or did not receive it in the mail, you can download it here (see the below link to document entitled "Consent to Join").
