Lynn P. Whitlock

Lynn Pierce Whitlock has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, including personal injury, complex litigation, employment discrimination, products liability, and class actions, particularly focusing on consumer and employee claims.  Ms. Whitlock graduated summa cum laude from Old Dominion University in Virginia with a B.A. in political science, and obtained her law degree from Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. 

She is licensed to practice law in California, Virginia and Colorado.  Ms. Whitlock’s high level extensive experience includes litigating cases in both state and federal courts, including at the appellate level.  She has also served in the past as an arbitrator, and as judge pro tem in Small Claims Court. 

Ms. Whitlock has contributed to various public service and volunteer organizations, including Big Brothers and Sisters, Advocates for Victims of Assault, AYSO, and her church.  In her free time, she enjoys surfing with her husband and two sons.
