Dale A. Anderson
Mr. Anderson is a 25-year attorney with a wide range of legal experience. A former partner of a 23 attorney firm in Orange County, California, Mr. Anderson is licensed in both California and Michigan and has been involved in all levels of litigation including initial interviews and analysis, identification of issues, counseling, and the handling of cases through completion of jury trials and the appeals process. As an associate with Marlin & Saltzman, he has a wide range of experience in all areas of litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions.
Dale has significant experience in a variety of cases. This experience includes handling an assortment of cases relating to claims against the University of California. He has also been actively involved with cases claiming employees have been misclassified, or otherwise did not receive all of the benefits of employment to which they were legally entitled.
Through the years, Mr. Anderson has handled diverse products liability cases such as:
- Trial counsel on a 2 ½ week trial relating to a triple fatality from an exploding motor home.
- Lead counsel on a claim against Mercedes Benz of North America regarding an alleged defective brake line.
- Lead attorney on a severe burn case resulting from a defective pressure relief valve.
- Trial counsel regarding a claim of contaminated beef sticks.
- Trial counsel concerning an allegedly defective fork lift.
In the area of toxic tort, Mr. Anderson was a primary counsel in a case involving Eli Lilly and their product Spike 80W (tebuthiuron)
Over the years, Mr. Anderson has also had involvement with construction defect cases ranging from single family residence to multi-storied complexes.
Dale is admitted to all California state courts, and various Federal court.
